You have asymmetrical eyelids which can be improved by doing bilateral double eyelid surgery to get better symmetry. The procedure takes about 1 hour under local anaesthesia.
For bulbous tip of the nose, it may be refined by tip rhinoplasty. The tip cartilage may be trimmed and reshaped. Sometimes a little ear cartilage may be inserted to enhance the tip.
The procedure takes about 1-2 hours and the cost ranges from $2000 to $4000.
