On the way, we had to pass by the MICA building, which is home to the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA).
The building is really unique in that it was painted in various bright colour. Like a rainbow.
The shop houses of Clark Quay are similarly themed. In bright colours of the rainbow.
